ACCESSIBLE VIDEO
LEARNING

Turn your expertise into accessible video learning.

Wippasnappa turns existing courses, written resources and specialist knowledge into polished video learning that can reach more people, reduce repeated delivery and grow alongside your organisation.

MAKE YOUR KNOWLEDGE WORK HARDER

Valuable training shouldn’t disappear when the session ends.

Many organisations already have the expertise their audiences need. But it is often trapped in lengthy documents, dated presentations, repeated live sessions or webinar recordings that were never designed for on-demand viewing.

Wippasnappa turns that existing knowledge into a clear, engaging and accessible video resource - helping you reach more people, reduce repeated delivery and provide a consistent learning experience whenever it is needed.

REACH MORE LEARNERS

Make your training available beyond a fixed time, location or live audience. Learners can access it when they need it and work through the content at their own pace.

REDUCE REPEATED DELIVERY

Give subject-matter experts their time back by creating a consistent resource that doesn’t need to be delivered from scratch for every new audience.

CREATE LASTING VALUE

Turn a one-off session or existing course into a reusable learning library. Individual modules can be shared separately, expanded with new content and updated as information changes.

CASE STUDY: PURPLESPACE

From specialist expertise to a complete accessible learning series.

Building Inner Confidence

PurpleSpace wanted to create an accessible public learning resource supporting disabled employees to build inner confidence and have more purposeful conversations at work.

Working from the organisation’s existing content, Wippasnappa produced a polished 12-part video course combining presenter footage, bespoke animation, key learning points, archive material and contributions from disabled leaders across the PurpleSpace community.

Sponsored by Novartis and Tesco, the course launched through events in Sydney, Bangalore, London, Washington D.C. and Toronto. It reached more than 10,000 disabled employees across 62 countries within its first three months.

Impact at a glance:

WHAT ARE YOU STARTING WITH?
A new course, a recorded session or a software platform each requires a different production approach.

A COURSE TO BUILD

Turn training materials, presentations and written guidance into a structured video-learning series. We adapt the content for spoken delivery, film your subject experts and create the supporting visuals for each lesson.

A WEBINAR TO REPURPOSE

Give live virtual sessions a useful life beyond the original audience. We remove repetition and technical interruptions, extract the strongest material and rebuild it as focused, branded and accurately captioned on-demand content.

SOFTWARE TO EXPLAIN

Guide users through complex platforms with clear presenter-led or voiceover tutorials. Carefully edited screen demonstrations, zooms, highlights and deliberate pacing make each action easier to follow, helping users build confidence and get more from your software.

MANAGED HOSTING AND DELIVERY
Where required, Wippasnappa can also manage secure third-party video hosting, playback and embed delivery -
keeping the technical setup and accessibility features consistent from the outset.

ACCURATE CAPTIONS

Every caption file is checked and corrected by a human rather than relying on automatic transcription.

ACCESSIBLE DELIVERY

Clean masters, burned-caption versions, transcripts and separate SRT or VTT files are supplied as required.

CLEAR VISUAL DESIGN

Graphics, text, contrast, pacing and screen demonstrations are designed to remain legible and easy to follow.

ADDITIONAL VERSIONS

Audio description, BSL integration, translation and foreign-language voiceovers can be included according to the course and its audience.

ACCESSIBILITY
FROM THE OUTSET

Learning only works when people can access and understand it.

Accessibility informs every stage of production, from the way scripts and storyboards are structured to the clarity of on-screen graphics, captions and final delivery formats.

Wippasnappa’s work is produced through an accessibility and inclusion lens shaped by more than a decade of working with disabled contributors, workplace inclusion specialists and third-sector organisations.

The aim is simple: remove avoidable barriers without compromising the quality or ambition of the finished work.
